Louniel is an experienced Management Consultant, Decision Scientist and Entrepreneur with over 15 years experience in business improvement and decision science. He has a proven track record of solving complex business problems and delivering real business value across multiple industries through innovative solutions. Experience working with some of the largest and most successful global companies. Focussing on using data and advanced analytics together with continuous improvement techniques like Theory of Constraints and Lean to dramatically improve businesses.

Louniel is an Industrial Engineer with a great understanding of business as a system and the use of analytics to enable a business to achieve its goals, with a logical and scientific approach to problem solving. He is passionate about unlocking value and inherent potential in businesses and people.

Louniel has experience in leading complex continuous improvement and data science projects across multiple industries in a number of global companies. He has delivered successful projects across the end to end business value chain. Including: supply chain optimisation and design, demand planning and forecasting, S&OP, simulation modelling, revenue management and pricing, financial planning & modelling, retail and merchandising analytics, customer analytics and segmentation, digital marketing & sales, predictive & prescriptive analytics and root cause analysis.
